We hope you are happy with your purchase but understand that buying online is not fault-proof.
Should you wish to make a return, we will accept the items for a full refund within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Items must be unworn, with original tags intact and in original packaging.
Please write us an email to us stating your order number and which items you would like to return. To help us improve, it would be really helpful to know why you are making a return. We will confirm the return address and process a full refund once the items have been received.
If it is more convenient, returns can be accepted in our store. Refunds for items dropped off in person will be processed online. Please call us if you would like more information about this option.
We accept returns on our products under two conditions:
1. Error: Should you receive a product different from what you ordered, We will pay for shipment of the product back to its warehousing facilities, as well as for shipment on the correct product back to you.
2. Customer Dissatisfaction: You may return new items still in their original condition within 10 days of delivery. For local, domestic orders shipping is free on exchanges and returns. For international returns, the customer must cover return shipping charges. In case of an exchange shipping of the replacement will be free. In case of a return shipping charges will not be refunded.
All shipments must be sent back with a carrier that enables tracking. It is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods
PROMOTIONS, OFFERS, AND DISCOUNTS
From time to time we will have special promotions or offers. These deals will be offered for a defined period of time specified in the offer notice. In all cases, previous sales are excluded. Offers are limited to in-stock merchandise only. Any merchandise purchased during a promotional period may be returned or exchanged at the discounted rate only.
